Made from polymer clay and fake powdered sugar.
Important Note: Since it's a powder, it's highly possible that some of that can rub off on your finger while touching it, since it's impossible to make the whole powder stick on a surface fully. I advice to not touch the powdered sugar part too much. The more you touch it the more will rub off. There is no top coat on the sugar to secure it on purpose. If I'd do that, the powder would look wet and not look authentic anymore.
