Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers via the online shop.
Contractual Partner
The contract between the customer and Iris Häberli (Spacetaxiart.com) is concluded only through an order placed by the customer and our acceptance of the order. The customer’s order is placed via an online order. We accept the order by sending the customer an order confirmation via email or by delivering the ordered goods.
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. All offers are valid while supplies last. Errors excepted.
By clicking the "Pay Now" button in the final step of the ordering process, the customer places a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving the order.
If an ordered item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund the amount already paid.
Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The product presentation in the online shop is non-binding. Errors excepted. By clicking “Pay Now,” you place a binding order. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation via email.
Prices
All stated prices are final prices and do not include VAT. If our annual revenue exceeds CHF 100,000, the statutory VAT will be shown additionally.
Payment
Payment via credit card, PayPal, or TWINT.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. The goods are inspected for defects before shipping.
Final Provisions
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or contradict statutory regulations, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of an invalid provision, the statutory regulation shall apply.
