Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential for their production or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. custom-made artworks).

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter sent by post or email):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods – whichever is the earlier.

Return Costs

If the withdrawal is due to defects or transport damage, we will cover the direct cost of return shipping. Please include photos of the issue as proof with your return.

In all other cases (e.g. withdrawal without defect), the customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Returning the Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Inspection and Burden of Proof

Please check the goods immediately upon receipt and report any damage or defects to us without delay. To process your complaint, please provide appropriate evidence (especially photos).

Warranty

Irrespective of your right of withdrawal, our statutory warranty rights for defects apply.

Final Provisions

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. Should any provision of this withdrawal policy be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
