Shipping policy

Delivery is available within Switzerland, the EU, and other selected countries.

Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is approximately 1–3 working days within Switzerland. For international deliveries, the delivery time may vary.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. These will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

Please note: For deliveries outside of Switzerland, additional import fees, customs duties, or taxes may apply, which must be borne by the recipient. These costs are not covered by us and may vary depending on the country. Please check with your local customs office in advance.
